Payment information is processed securely by accredited third parties such as PayPal, WIX and Square. No payment information is transferred to or held by Bella Soles Shoes LLC. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
WHY HAS MY PAYMENT FAILED?
Your order will only be confirmed if the payment has been successfully processed. If you have entered incorrect card details, please try again and double check the information you are inputting. Please contact us if you would like assistance in placing your order.
Shipping Policy
*Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
*Please allow 7 business days to receive shipping confirmation.
*Every item shipped will include each order’s tracking information.
*We do not offer international shipping at this time.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can check your tracking information in the email we have sent to you confirming your order has been shipped. If you cannot find your tracking details please email us at info@bellasolesshoes.com where our team will be happy to help.
MY TRACKING SHOWS AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER?
If the tracking is showing as delivered but you have not received your order please in the first instance check with your neighbor. If you have still not received your order, please contact the courier. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Refund &Return Policy
In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy. We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. This policy is consistent at our store as well. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
